MULTIUSE MEDICAL ISO 1 C CONTAINER SYSTEM Medical Trade Network technical development staff presents the new projected applications for mobile deployable medical working stations EMERGENCY MOBILE SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY from First Aid Point up to Mobile Hospital Assembly *)

SOME EXAMPLES OF THE PROJECTS The ISO 1 C 20 rugged steel maritime type containers are housing the standardized mobile medical workplaces The containers are full adapted for medical purposes and equipped with electrical wiring, distribution of water, waste water drain with pumping, lighting, heating and air conditioning. The electric power generators are of 20 kW super silent types. The container can operate loaded on his own container 8 x 8.2 truck as a special superstructure or semi stationary. The medical workplace superstructures are (for 24 hours) fully independent of outside support, but can work connected to water and power networks too in semi-stationary assemblies like for example the described projects 105 or 108 developed by Medical Trade Network staff. The surgical workplaces unit - SMALL SURGICAL ASSEMBLY SSA 105 provides with his advanced surgical and tending equipment all important medical tasks in examinations, patients triage and small to middle surgical operations. The construction of the MULTIUSE MEDICAL CONTAINERS ISO 1 C 20 in the SURGICAL AND TENDING UNITS ASSEMBLIES is adapted for work in heavy environmental conditions. Project MTN SSA 105Assembly of 3 ISO 1 C 20 containers and one tent Three different workplaces are provided in this assembly in containers, the fourth is a inflatable tent.
 ISO 1 C 20 container construction and materials Containers structure and ISO corners are steel made in compliance with the valid norm for standard maritime containers ISO 668 and lifting points for manipulation by forklift are implemented. Walls are made of trapezoidal steel sheet. Insulation for ceiling and walls is made of sandwich panel assembled on the inside of the container. These panels are made of aluminum skins and polyurethane foam core and can be optionally insulated against ionizing radiation too. Reinforcement inserts can be integrated inside the panels where requested. Insulation of the floor is a sandwich panel. These panels are made of one aluminum skin, polyurethane foam core and plywood. The container is painted on the outside with polyurethane painting. The inside painting is white. The floor is covered by vinyl floor mat. Color schema for walls and ceiling is polyester varnish ARCTIC WHITE color. External or internal color is PU varnish, standard white. Color schema can be customized on request. Quality control and applied certifications The manufacturer’s production methods and quality control are certified and the products complies the certifications for maritime ISO containers, road, ship, train transport, including the compatibility with container manipulation devices and allows the certifications EN ISO 9000 : 2001, EN ISO 9000 : 2000, ISO 1496 forklift rails, ISO 1161 corner fittings, CSC. Anti-vibration fastening of the components The medical devices included movable components of the equipment are mounted and fastened with use of silent-blocs, the small vibration producing devices are sound and vibrations isolated. During of the transport a multipurpose side strips are mounted on side and / or front walls of container. Side strips are used for fastening of fastening straps. Interior medical equipment is intended to provide small to middle surgical operations under gaseous anesthesia, X-Ray examination / imaging directly on operation table, basic laboratory biological examinations, diagnostic and treatment of patients, included gynecologic operations. Operating theatre protection The operating theatre compartment of the ISO 1 C container provides appropriate protection from ionizing radiation to outside trough special lead isolation layers in the sandwich panels and doors. Medical / Surgical equipment Operation table. Biochemical and hematology laboratory This facility has a desk system with labor devices, a refrigerator built in for transport purposes and a case and racks for storage of laboratory materials and sterilized surgical instruments. Equipped with standard analytic devices the laboratory assures all needed working procedures. The workstation contains the sterilization equipment too. Placed in the ISO 1 C container the doctor’s and assistant’s preparing and washing room contains one wash basin, build in a furniture cabinet, two soap dispensers and two disinfection liquid dispensers. Adjacent to the washroom a small doctor’s personal room and toilet in a small restroom assures the personal need of the crew. The external power supply and other devices in machinery compartment Outside of the ISO 1 C container is placed the small vibration device for nominally power 20 KVA diesel-electric super silent generator 230 V 50 Hz, (alternatively 220 V 60 Hz on customizable specification) in his own sound shielded box further the air conditioning and filtering unit, an electric interface connection box is added to each medical container parallel to the power generator and equipped with 230 / 400 V transformer. Connection box for electric power and the fitting for external or internal water supply system assure longtime functionality by semi-stationary use. The wiring and all electric and electro-mechanic devices are covered IP 65. Water and medical gases boxes and tanks in machinery compartment The water, air and gases distribution equipment and plumbing installation parts are located there. Container is equipped with two single wing entrance doors and two windows The doors are implemented project specific. One window is installed in the entrance door; the sealing is rigid, elastic and resistant against erosion and sea water. The second window emplacement is customizable. Interior layout Interior layout of the ISO container workplace types can be personalized in compliance with the customer’s technical requirement. Safe mechanical environment The containers are labeled with CSC label according to ISO 6346. Container withstands forces generated during road, railroad and waterway transport. If mounted on special Off-Road trucks the mechanical withstand can be extended up to 2 or 3 G. Container handling Container is handled in compliance with regulation ISO 3874. Container can be handled by hoisting the upper or lower ISO corners with a lifting device (for example: container side mover) equipped with transport platform FLATRACK 20 "M". Handling on side forklifts is included. Container is fully operational in macroclimatic area N14
MOBILE DISASTER UNIT in ISO 1A 40´ Medical Container is loaded on his own semi trailer with a tandem axle with spring suspension. The medical equipment includes diagnostic and surgical working places with Operation table, Anesthesia machine, Defibrillator and other facilities. The Medical Container includes the external machinery bay with generator, transformer, water pump, air, water and medical gases plumbing. The MDU can be deloaded from the trailer and work like a semi stationary Surgical Workstation unit. Ship, train, truck and airlift transport capability is certified and CSC plated. The tractor and the semi trailer are not included; it is a customer’s option. This project can be realized alternatively in two ISO 1 C 20 joined containers.  Assembly of 3 ISO 1 C 20 containers and one tent VACCINATION ASSY in three ISO 1C 20 feet maritime steel type containers is fully equipped for mass vaccination purposes. Designed by MTN development staff for stand-alone mounting on concrete platform with 4 ISO 1161 corner fittings can be mounted on his own semi trailer too. The equipment including power supply and air condition provides the greatest possible independence during deployment. MTN VACCINATION ASSY can be deployed wherever people need a quick help because of epidemic or pandemic disasters or other vaccination events and is predestinated for use in great refugee complexes semi stationary on site. The projected ASSY is a turnkey solution with a 90 day working autonomy if connected to water and electricity network. Tent for patients and all consumables are included in this turn-key project. A third ISO 1C Container identical with the project code 108.1 serves for doctor's room and laboratory by semi-stationary purposes. Ship, train, truck and airlift transport capability is certified and CSC plated.   Project MTN LIYA 500 Innovative atmospheric water generator The Atmospheric Water Generator MTN LlYA 500 is the high tech solution to provide pure drinking water for mobile medical workplaces in ISO containers deployed in desert and other waterless regions. The atmosphere air humidity is the source of the pure water treated, filtered, cooled and conditioned in this high tech innovative device. The Integration of the atmospheric water generators in MTN medical projects is one of MTN´s special service.
