1. Resumed
All goods described on these pages are designated for business, regulated by General Business Terms (GBT) under the law of the Federal Republic of Germany (German Civil Code - BGB) and/or the European Union. Further, from case to case, special conditions are to be respected, like territorial or countries restrictions: Some countries cannot be served with some commodities without a written permission issued through the manufacturers and/or authorities. The goods are to be prepaid by undersigning the business contract or in a payment agreement, but in every case before the delivery of the goods. Payment and Delivery conditions are to be mentioned and fixed in the business contract. The contents of any individual agreements made between the parties still remain unaffected by these GBT. Agreements, supplements, amendments, guarantees and/or assurances in verbal form in respect of our fixed quotations or commissions are only effective if supported by written confirmation of the both parties, Al-Nasr European Trader and the customer.

2. Delivery
Deadlines are only valid where there is content of an written business contract. The manufacturer and/or Al-Nasr European Trader is entitled at all times to make partial deliveries. Some devices and assemblies need montage work or instructions by special medical retail staff on the end-user's premises, Al-Nasr European Trader and/ or the Manufacturers reserves the right to deliver the goods exclusively to the authorized dealer. In such cases the dealer shall carry out the assembly and/or instruction on the end-user's premises.

3. Prices
The prices are to be negotiated and are a part of the business contract and their validity begin on the date of the order. Prices do not include VAT or transport and packing costs. On the day of invoicing, VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Al-Nasr European Trader and/or the manufacturer reserves the right to make appropriate changes to its prices if there are cost reductions or increases, especially due to changes in the prices of materials or currency fluctuations.

4. Applicable law
In the case that the client is a qualified dealer, and/or a governmental or international health organization, for all disputes arising under the relationships between the business parties is relevant to be solved in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The GBT and the contractual relationships between the Al-Nasr European Trader and the customers are subject to the law (German Civil Code - BGB) of the Federal Republic of Germany and/or the European Union. Application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
