Hot Air Sterilization Units

We introduce a new range of small and middle hot air sterilisation units for surgery, dental surgery, specialized medical workplaces and laboratories.

STERINET 22            STERINET 55

STERINET units are intended for hot air sterilization of materials under specified temperature and duration. It is characterized by quiet running with a patented fine system of forced air circulation in the chamber by means of a Built - in fan which eliminates the “cold air” area formation. Loose and deposit-forming substances can be sterilized in closed bottles. The device is suitable for medical and veterinary clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, mobile health care workplaces and laboratories. The ideal advantage of the 22 - liter chamber is his compact size and small weight.

The device complies with the requirement of the EU Directive no. 93 / 42 / EEC including the clinical evaluation. Inner volume size: 22 or 55 litres.

Temperature range from 10 °C above the ambient temperature to 250 °C.

The integral line of STERINET hot air sterilizers can be used to achieve a perfect, quick and accurate process of drying, heating and sterilization in the health service. The sterilization effect is achieved through the action of a forced circulation of dry hot air subject to a specified temperature and sterilization exposure time. Usually, a temperature of 160 °C or 180 °C is applied during the sterilization exposure time, which ranges from 30 – 60 minutes, depending on the nature of use. The actual process runs in a closed pressure chamber that is made out of stainless steel. The operation principle is based on a patented fine air circulation achieved by means of a fan in an electrically heated chamber.

Steam sterilizers and other devices on request.
