HEATING AGGREGATE MTN ESAT 30
Mobile heating system MTN ESAT 30 is one of the optional accessories for inflatable tents; it is designed for heating of internal space of the tents in field conditions.
Basic parts of the heating system are consisting of : An easy transportable heater aggregate with a room thermostat to be connected to the inflatable tent with a sleeve distributing the required hot air quantities to the tent, The burner of the aggregate uses fuel or diesel oil and is connected to his gas carrying chimney pipe, The aggregate contains further an integrated fuel tank, a high pressure spreading burner with photo sensor box controlling the quality of the flame, a maintenance free axial ventilator, connecting cable and a socket for the security thermostat.
Further, the heating system is equipped with remote room thermostat which ensures the optimal warming of the space, with highest fuel saving capability. The thermostat is placed on a suitable place in internal space of the tent divided from the flood of heating air. Due to setting up of required temperature degree the aggregate operate automatically depending up on ambient room temperature.
The distribution of the heating air is ensured through the warm hose between aggregate and the tent depending up on ambient room temperature. The hose is made from polyester textile reinforced through a steel spiral. Such constructed hose allows good manipulation - bending, forcing on and faking. The warm hose is put on connecting part of the heating aggregate and fixed by galvanized hose clips.
